On July 26–27, Vladimir Putin will visit South Africa to attend BRICS Summit

During the sessions of the 10th summit, the leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are to consider the current situation and prospects for cooperation within BRICS in various areas.

They will also discuss important current issues on the global and regional agenda, including problems of joint counteraction to modern challenges and threats.

The summit programme includes a meeting between the BRICS leaders and invited leaders of African and other countries.

Vladimir Putin is to hold a number of bilateral talks with the heads of state and government participating in the summit.
